Stephen is a seasoned construction professional and visionary leader with over a decade of experience in the building and real estate industry. As the Chief Executive Officer of Kofgyan Unique Construction Company Limited, he brings a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence in every project undertaken.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology from Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), complemented by foundational and intermediate certifications from Assin Fosu NVTI. His academic background has equipped him with a solid understanding of modern construction practices, project execution, and industry standards.

Since beginning his career in 2013, Stephen has built extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of construction and real estate projects. He has worked with several reputable construction and real estate firms across Ghana, further strengthening his expertise and industry insight.

Driven by a passion for innovation and quality craftsmanship, Stephen founded Kofgyan Unique Construction Company Limited with a clear vision to provide reliable, professional, and client-focused construction services that stand the test of time.
